Fusion Holidays Single (2022)

“Fusion Holidays” was conceived by Grammy-nominated bassist Bunny Brunel and is a “one-off” single featuring famed Russian guitarist Roman Miroshnichenko. Other musicians are Virgil Donati (drums) Kaylene Peoples (flute), and Mahesh Balasooriya (keys). Out the gate this song moves with a dynamic melody played in unison by guitar and flute.

Miroshnichenko takes the first solo and paints a hard-hitting melodic portrait, filled with tasty riffs and serious shredding; keyboardist Mahesh Balasooriya plays a hip, exciting piano solo. Flutist Kaylene Peoples solos at the outro, and drummer Virgil Donati locks in the groove with Bunny’s bass.
